Field Events begin at 10:00am.
Running Events begin at 12:00 Noon.
Please Note: We will begin running events as soon as the field events are

Scratches: We will have a coaches meeting in the basement of the field
house at 9:30am.to go over scratches and meet information.
Coaches will be allowed 3 scratches with replacement.
Field event changes can be made at the event site.
Scoring: Top 6 in each event will score, 10,8,6,4,2,1
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 6 finishers. Trophy to the top team.
Entry Fee: $75.00 per team. $150 for both girls and boys. Mail entry fee payable

Pius XI Track: 10 Laps to a mile. All distances in meters.
Synthetic Surface. NO SPIKES ALLOWED.
High Jump approach is on a wood floor. The Pole Vault approach is on a
Wood floor and synthetic com
Exchange Zones: One exchange zone, of approx. 22 meters, is used all races.
Sliding exchanges are used and no acceleration zones. Runners must start
in the zone and receive the baton in the zone. Markings outside the zone
are allowed.
Shot Put: Teams must bring their own indoor shots for both boys and girls.
Shots will be pooled for competition.
Shots may be subject to weigh in.
High Jump and Pole Vault Markings:
The High Jump and Pole Vault approach is conducted on a wood floor.
Only blue painters tape is allowed as a marking device. We will have
some tape available at the scorers table. We will remove all other tape prior
to competition.
Pole Vault: Per WIAA recommendation, we are going to require that each school
provide a copy of their WIAA WEIGHT VERIFICATION form.
This copy will not be returned. If you do not have a copy of the form.
your vaulters will not be able to compete.
Event Results: Event results and team totals will be available 10 minutes after the
completion of the meet. We will also try to post results on the Field house
wall when totals are determined.
Team Camps: Teams may set up in the corner bleachers in the Field house or in the
Field house lobby.
Admission: $3.00 for adults. $2:00 for High School Students.
Warmups: Outside Parking Lot. In the downstairs hallways.

Enter athletes and events on-line at http://www.pttiming.com/ by 5:00pm on Thursday March 15th.
There are scratches and replacements up to 3:00pm on Thursday, but no additions.
Results will be given at the end of competition, and posted on-line.
